Edit your Passport, manage saved progress and withdraw optional preferences.
You decide what to enter on each provider’s own website.
FoundersBee uses Sign in with ChatGPT to identify your account. The site receives a site-specific user ID and may receive your email address and display name.
Your ChatGPT password and conversations are not part of this sign-in flow.
If you complete a Founder Passport, the details you provide are stored with your account:
Your product focus helps suggest relevant programs. A suggestion does not establish your eligibility or guarantee provider approval.
Your saved benefits and the application statuses you record are stored with your account, so you can return to your shortlist and continue where you left off. Application progress reflects the updates you enter.
The stack calculator can temporarily keep your selections and entered spend in the same tab’s browser session storage when you continue through sign-in. Resetting the calculator or successfully saving clears that draft. Saving to your workspace sends the selected benefit IDs, not your spend estimates.
When you are signed in, opening a benefit records one view for your account and that benefit. When you request a guide while signed in, we also record its first successful unlock for your account. Aggregated views, guide unlocks and self-reported approved or activated claims inform discovery and the public activity counters. The counters do not expose your name, email or individual activity. These signals do not certify provider outcomes.
Membership entitlements are stored against your site account. Only the platform owner can revoke access; staff cannot activate paid plans while checkout is closed. Joining the Lifetime interest list does not activate Premium access.
Your workspace stores selected interests, timezone, notification preferences, support requests and responses. We record your account name, email, creation time and latest active session, updated at most hourly. Authorized staff can access relevant records for support. Sensitive administrative actions are audited; allocated coupon codes are encrypted and access-controlled.
If you opt in, we store your account email and newsletter preference. Delivery is not live yet. Withdrawing switches your preference off; it does not delete the email record.
Manage newsletter preferenceJoining saves your interest to your account. No payment details are collected by this flow. You can remove your interest registration on the Lifetime page without changing your existing membership.
Manage Lifetime interestThese controls are available in your account. Sign in to view and update your own information.
Account Settings includes a complete data export and confirmed deletion. Deletion removes your profile, preferences, saved offers, application history, support requests and membership. Allocated coupons are disabled and their owner identifier is removed; operational audit entries retain anonymized actions. This does not delete your ChatGPT or provider accounts. Signing in again creates a fresh FoundersBee account.
Applications take place on the provider’s own website. FoundersBee does not submit your company details to a benefit provider when you open its application link.
Information you choose to enter with that provider is handled under its own privacy terms. Review those terms before submitting an application.
FoundersBee runs on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to deliver, secure and operate the service under their own applicable policies.
